• Your  teeth will continue to whiten for up to 24 hours post treatment.

• Avoid food and beverages that stain such as red wine, coffee, tea, red sauces, blueberries for 24 hours post treatment

• Gum & Lip irritation post treatment is normal. The treatment may cause gum swelling to changes to the gum colour from its normal pinkish tone to white. This is temporary and general only lasts 2 hours post treatment.

• Tooth sensitivity is normal post treatment for the 24 hours. 

• Some patients may develop white spots or streaks post treatment due to the calcium in their teeth. This will subside over time.

• We recommend no eating or drinking (water only) for 60 minutes post treatment.

• A follow up/ top up treatment is recommended 6 weeks post initial treatment.
